I became interested in Massage several years ago, after I experienced an injury which took many months of Physical Therapy to heal. I found Massage Therapy was useful to work out scar tissue and stiffness that had developed as a result of my injury. I realized the benefits were immense for not only pain and soreness, but also for stress relief and wellness.  

I attended the Massage Therapy Program at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. My background is in healthcare, and I have worked in several hospitals on the West Coast for 15 years as a Radiologic Technologist in Trauma and Cath Lab. My Practice consists primarily of a combination of Relaxation Massage (Swedish) and Therapeutic Massage. I have experience in working with Fibromyalgia and other autoimmune diseases, sensing and adjusting pressure according to the client's needs.
